How it works
Every layer has a job.
EWI is not simply insulation boards with coloured render on top. Long-term performance depends on the preparation, fixings, reinforcement and junction details working together.
Insulate
Boards are adhesively bonded and mechanically fixed, with openings carefully detailed.
Reinforce
Mesh is embedded into the base coat to create a strong, crack-resistant protective layer.
Finish
A breathable silicone topcoat provides colour, texture and weather protection.
